Escalloped Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 large can crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup)
10 pcs. white bread, crusts removed, cut into bitesize pcs.

Instructions
1. Melt butter and combine with sugar, beating well.
2. Add eggs and mix.
3. Add sugar and mix.
4. Add pineapple and mix.
5. Gently fold in bread pieces till thoroughly mixed.
6. Pour into greased casserole (minimum 1 1/2 qt. capacity).
7. Bake 1 hour in preheated 350° oven.
